Q. How does the Affiliate Program work?
A. It is very easy. Just apply for your Affiliate ID and password. Upon approval, you can login to the Affiliate Partner Area and learn how to set up the links. As soon as the links are placed on your Web site, you are set to earn up to 7% commission on all qualifying sales of metal artwork and 10% commission on all qualifying sales of Vulture Kulture brand products generated by your Web site.

Q. Is the Affiliate Program really free to join?
A. YES. There are absolutely NO FEES associated with our Affiliate Program, and you are not obligated to purchase any products.

A. If you are 18 years or older and own a Web site, you may be eligible. We accept almost all types of Web sites to join our Affiliate Program. However, we do not accept Web sites that:

Q. Can I become an Affiliate if I am an individual and not a company?
A. Definitely. However, you do have to complete our online Affiliate Application and read the Vulture Kulture Affiliate Agreement before filling out the enrollment application. By submitting the Vulture Kulture Store Affiliate Application form, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.

Q. Can I become an Affiliate if I am based outside the United States or Europe?
A. Absolutely. Although Vulture Kulture Store is based in the United States, it serves customers all over the world and welcomes Affiliates from everywhere, as well.

A. You can find our Terms & conditions by clicking here. The primary issues that affiliates have to be aware of are:
* that affiliates may not bulk email our banners and links (no spamming.)
* that affiliates may not place our banners and links on any sites which contain unlawful, adult or hateful content
...or that violate third party intellectual property rights.
* that affiliates may not use any images or keywords related to Monster Garage, Rolling Stone Magazine, ...Entertainment Weekly’s It List Party or Driveshaft to promote the Vulture Kulture Store and its products.

Q. How do I enroll in the Vulture Kulture Store Affiliate Program?
A. To begin the enrollment process, you need to submit a Affiliate Application and send us a completed W-9 Form in order to obtain an Affiliate ID. Once we evaluate and accept your application, we will send you a Welcome e-mail with your Affiliate ID and password. Then you can log on in the Partner Area and begin setting up your links.

Q. How do I promote Vulture Kulture Store?
A. The first thing to do is to place one of our banners on your Web site. Then visitors to your site will see the banner, click on it, and any purchases they make will be credited to you. Other ways to promote the program include mailing to your option mailing list, or newsletter, placing classified ads, and purchasing banner ad space. Q. Will I have to take care of the customer service?
A. No, we take care of all the orders and we offer our customers (and your visitors) a great selection of original products backed by a satisfaction guarantee that assures customer satisfaction. If our customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they only have to return it to us for an exchange, credit or refund. Our Customer Service Staff is happy to provide any additional assistance.

Q. Are your images copyrighted? If so, is it legal for my Web site to display them?
A. Yes, Vulture Kulture owns copyrights to the Vulture Kulture Store images. However, it is legal for you to display the images we will have available for you on your Web site. You can find these images on the Banners and Other Links, and Qualified Products Areas. By signing up to the Vulture Kulture Store Affiliate Program we grant you the permit to display these images to sell the artwork. You will not be breaking the law as long as these images are used as links to their respective products and you don’t use any other image that is not offered in the Banners and Other Links, and Qualified Products Areas.

Q. Is it legal for my Web site to display Monster Garage images?
A. Only if it is not for any commercial purposes. It is legal for you to display Monster Garage related images as long as you are not selling anything with them. It is illegal to use these images to sell Vulture Kulture products.

Q. Will I earn commissions on all the products displayed in your store?
A. You will earn commissions on all the Qualifying Products, which are most of the products in the store.

Q. What are the “Qualifying Products”?
A. The Qualifying Products are most of the products we sell on our store: all the metal art and Vulture Kulture brand products. You will not earn commission in the sale of very few items sold in our store. Please refer to the Qualifying Products Area for a complete list.

Q. I forgot my password and/or Affiliate ID. What do I do?
A. No stress. Simply email us at affiliate@vulturekulture.net and include your complete name and address, and we will e-mail it back to you.

Q. What can I use to link to Vulture Kulture Store?
A. We provide you with product images, logos, text links, and banners to match your Web site. Keep in mind, you can use any of the Qualified Products images, on your Web site. Please check our Linking Information Area.
