A: Sorry, we don't have a product catalogue at this time. You can check out our products on our online store.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes, we do. Most of the items on the store are Vulture Kulture original products. In metal artwork and apparel we discount prices for volume. Please contact us for more information at vulturek@vulturekulture.com with the legend “Wholesale Information” on the subject of the e-mail.

Q: Is there an actual Vulture Kulture store?
A: No, Vulture Kulture only has an online store.

I live in California. When I register, why do I have the option to select the County I live in?
It is required by the Board of Equalization for businesses in California to charge the sales tax rate that applies to a California shipping address. By telling us the County you live in, we will charge you the corresponding sales tax rate, which varies from 8.5% to 7.25%. It wouldn’t be fair for everybody to pay the highest sales tax rate in the state.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: If you've forgotten your username or cannot remember your password, click to the Help Zone. You'll be able to enter your E-mail address and receive a user name and password reminder.

Q: I am browsing the store and I would like to place a product in the Wish List to order it in the future. Why can’t I find the option to do it?
A: You have to be a registered member and be logged in so you can place items in your Wish List.

Q: How do I know if the order I placed online went through?
A: An email confirmation will be automatically sent to you after you place your order. Normally you will receive this confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will check our records for you.

Q: Is it safe to place orders on your website?
A: Yes, we do have secure online ordering. We use SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption, which is an industry standard encryption program that protects all http transmissions from break-ins by unauthorized parties.

Q: Are there other ways I can place an order?
A: You can place orders via snail mail paying with cashier's check or money order. Once you know which items you want to purchase, place the items in the shopping cart. Then select the shipping method you prefer. The shopping cart will calculate the shipping cost and the corresponding tax for your selected items*. Don’t submit the order by clicking on the Checkout button, only print this page and mail it to us with your payment.

Q: Are there any countries where you don’t ship orders?
A: For political reasons we don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya and Sudan. Due to the high amount of fraudulent Internet orders originating from Indonesia, Java, the Philippines, Singapore, and Brazil, we don’t ship to these countries. Sorry.


Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
A: Only if we will be shipping your order to an address in California. The sales tax is calculated according to the County in which the order is being shipped.

A: Our website shopping cart accepts payments through PayPal. You can also make payments with money orders* and cashier's checks* payable in U.S. dollars by mail. We do not currently accept personal checks, credit or debit cards.

Q: Do you accept credit card payments?
A: We aren't set up to accept credit cards at the present time (this is something we're looking into, though!), but we do accept PayPal, personal checks, money orders, and other forms of payment. Q: How can I make an order paying by money order or certified check?
A: It's easy to pay with cashier's check or money order. Once you know which items you want to purchase, place the items in the shopping cart. Then select the shipping method you prefer. PayPal is a fast, fun and reliable way to make secure payments on the Internet because sellers and buyers are verified. If you'd like more information about PayPal, or to sign up for your free PayPal account, click here. No credit card required.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: When using PayPal, your credit card or bank account is charged instantly.

Q: If I use a cashier's check or money order, when will my order be processed?
A: Your order will be processed upon receipt of your cashier's check or money order. We will notify you by e-mail when your order is processed.

SHIPPING Back

Q: How long will my order take?
A: As with most mail order businesses, we ask that you allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: Easy. Just email us with your information, and we'll get right back to you. Be sure to provide us with your first and last name, order number, and the date you placed your order.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.? How much does it cost?
A: We ship all over the world. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, destination, shipping method and insured amount and generally run about 4 times the amount of domestic shipping. We charge you the actual shipping cost. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: Why doesn't the UPS web site recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
A: When utilizing UPS.com to track an order, your tracking number will not be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for their online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!


RETURN AND EXCHANGE Back

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Here it is:

Returns: We must be notified by email of any returns within 14 days of receipt of your package. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required on all packages shipped to us. All items must be in good, original, unused condition. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt with your return. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. All returns for unwanted merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges: We must be notified by email of any returns within 14 days of receipt of your package. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required on all packages shipped to us. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt with your return. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Unauthorized exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shortages: We must be notified by email of any shortages within 7 days of receipt of your package. We will ship you the shorted item as promptly as possible.
